Our Facilitators
Miggy Zaballero
Miggy’s career spans 10 years in various industries ranging from corporate, healthcare, government and education. This honed his organizational development abilities, which he uses to design training programs for various clients. His creativity plus his background in sociology and education allows him to design more impactful client solutions that use both quantitative and qualitative methods. Miggy is a certified Action Learning Coach is completing both his Masters in Educational Administration from the University of the Philippines and the Diploma for Organization Development from Ateneo CORD. He is an avid football player and was chosen as the first Filipino grant recipient from Huracan FC London to start a football club in a local school community.
Rocio Matute
Rocio has over 30 years of work experience. She built her career in education, starting as a pre-school teacher. Eventually she became part of a start up which initiated, conceptualized and implemented marketing strategies for her own school. For several years she was a Chief Proctor for the Commission on Graduate for Nursing Schools (CGFNS). As Chief Proctor, she headed a team of properly selected proctors to administer a qualifying examination for Philippine nurses to work in the United States. In 1992, Rocio ventured into hosting children’s parties. Eventually, she took on the challenge of hosting for corporate events as well. This opened the opportunity for her (in 2006) to develop a thriving career as an independent consultant for the past twelve years as Facilitator/Project Coordinator.
Monica Cordero-Cruz
Monica Cordero-Cruz has been performing with SPIT, the Philippines' premiere improvisational theater group, for the past 13 years, and has been teaching performative and Applied Improv, in businesses and in schools, both locally and internationally. She is a founding and managing member of Third World Improv, the largest learning institution dedicated to the art of improvisational theater in Southeast Asia. As a corporate trainer across different industries, she has assumed various roles from lead facilitator to role play actor. A Board Exam placer in 2006, she is a practicing Interior Designer via her own design and construction outfit. All of this and she is also a mother of 2.
Billy Joel Santos
Bel Pacheco
Bel has taken on different roles from being a facilitator, race director, program designer, lead consultant, and project coordinator. After completing Organizational Communications from the University of the Philippines, Bel proceeded to gain experience as head of the volunteer and youth groups of Habitat for Humanity. She then became a managing partner for “Shows in Manila”, a group that sells and markets Broadway shows in the Philippines. Her background in events organizing became useful in planning and designing big events for clients. Ever dynamic and flexible, Bel is not only a much sought-after events host and a graduate of culinary studies from the Center for Asian Culinary Studies, but she’s also a WIAL certified Action Learning Coach.
Goody Directo
Goody is a dynamic and progressive management executive with over twenty five years of experience in various fields including hospitality, aviation, logistics, pharmaceutical, and fast food industries. His career milestones include handling the crisis centre of 2P fatal accident in Davao. He has been a consultant for Management Strategies since 2012. Goody graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines.
Dingdong Rosales
Dingdong is a founding member of SPIT (Silly People’s Improv Theater), the country’s premiere improvisational theater group. He has performed with SPIT in over a thousand shows All over the Philippines and in cities like Hong Kong, New York, Chicago, Amsterdam and Beijing.
He is also the Festival Director of the Manila Improv Festival, Asia’s biggest and most important improvisational theater festival.
He is a senior faculty and board member of Third World Improv and currently a faculty member of the Meridian International (MINT) College Theater Arts Program and is an Improv coach at the British School Manila.
Janine Dueñas
In a span of 7 years, Ja has gained valuable experience as an education advocate, tech-start up and as a trainer and consultant. After graduating with a degree in Communications Technology Management in Ateneo. She started as a public school teacher through Teach for the Philippines. After her stint as an educator, she joined a tech start-up, Insync, where she eventually became the company’s first team development head. As a consultant for Management Strategies and Team Journeys, she has facilitated numerous team engagement programs and is also one of the company’s resources for Design Thinking.
Outside of her consulting work, Ja is also an avid rock climber and has been doing the sport for about four years. She has co-founded Ale, an all-women’s climbing competition series and Take!, an apparel company focusing on showcasing the climber lifestyle.
Ayen dela Torre
Ayen is a creative entrepreneur with experience in various fields ranging from consumer goods, digital marketing, travel, and education. She co-founded an online community of travelers called Where To Next, which currently has a reach of over 80,000 individuals. She is also part of the founding team of TULA, a chain of after-school centers in Pakistan and in the Philippines. TULA helps hundreds of kids build life skills that they need to thrive in the real world. Ayen graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines.
Yeye Agorilla
An expert in HR consulting, Yeye has built a solid reputation around helping organizations to plan, organize, facilitate and document several HR & OD projects and engagements. After completing her Masters degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology Ateneo de Manila University, Yeye applied her competence in designing high-impact programs as well as organizational climate initiatives, group coaching, data gathering, end-to-end HR services, and competency assessment for various clients. To maintain a productive work-life balance, Yeye regularly participates in marathons to keep her healthy and fit.
Elizha Corpus
To guide individuals and organizations towards defining and creating their impact on the world
This is the purpose Elizha tries to live everyday through being a Consultant and a Learning Designer & Facilitator. She specializes in learning & development, culture transformations, leadership development, and high-performing teams. She recently came back to the Philippines after working in Microsoft’s HQ in Washington, USA where she created learning opportunities to support the company’s desired culture. Elizha earned a MA degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a BA degree in Psychology from UP Diliman. Another way she lives her purpose is through performing arts - singing dancing, acting and playing instruments.

Joi Natividad
Joi has over 20 years of experience in consulting and in the travel and hospitality industries. Her various postings as Senior Executive/ General Manager for hotels and a global hospitality network have honed her skills in the areas of branding, service quality and the strategic and tactical sides of running a business. Joi has been instrumental in expanding the exposure and client base of MgtStrat in the Philippines and the region, as she works with various associates and possible partners. She earned her MBA – Regis Program at the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business. Joi took her Executive Coaching certification with AIMS International and Action Learning Coach certification from WIAL Philippines where she is also a director. She always enjoys a new challenge, tackling each one with grace and her gusty trademark laughter.
Valerie Eraña
Val develops and facilitates various behavioral training programs for various companies in Southeast Asia. After more than 10 years of sales and operations experience in the travel and hospitality industry both in the Philippines and the US, she has since chalked up another 25 years in human resource development in the Philippines. Val worked with EO (Entrepreneurs Organization) for 16 years, the last 2-1/2 of which was as the primary support for the Global Board. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the Schiller University in Paris, a diploma in Human Resource Development from the Ateneo Center of Organization Research & Development, and an Executive Coaching certification with AIMS International. In her downtime, Val enjoys traveling, golf and yoga. Her passion for yoga prompted her to join Ian Paredes in setting up Yoga+ Express.
